TENTATIVE CONFIRMATION
On receipt of your Online Booking Form or email enquiry, we will provide you with a confirmation of our villa availability, villa rate, inclusions and the deposit amount required (20% or 50% of total rental charges) within 48 hours.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm your booking, you may make your deposit payment via:-
a) Bank Telegraphic Transfer to our US dollar or Indonesia Rupiah bank accounts, whose details will be found on your deposit invoice. Please note that all relevant bank administration charges must be taken care of, with the full guaranteed amount sent to our account. A copy of the bank transfer slip must be faxed or scan emailed to us for verification purposes, than a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you when the deposit has been received.
OR
b) Credit card charge by filling out the “Credit Card Authorization Form” attached to your deposit invoice. This completed form must be faxed or scan emailed to us together with copies of your passport & the front and back of your credit card (Visa or Master cards only), which are required by the bank as supporting documents. There is a 3% bank fee on top of the deposit amount for such charges and the process should take 2 to 4 working days to complete, after which a confirmation of your booking will be sent. All personal information collected is secured, kept confidential and is shredded after the charge is completed.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance amount is added onto your “Guest Bill” including all other incidentals (i.e. compulsory police registration of RP30,000++ per person, spa services, maxibar and/or in-villa dining, car hire etc...), for settlement before check out via cash, credit card or both.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1) A refund of deposit less one nights' full published rate applies for cancellations received at least 30 days before arrival in low season, 50 days in high season.
2) No refunds will be made for no shows or last minute cancellations received 14 days before arrival in low season, 30 days in high season.
Note: All refunds made for cancellations will be less a minimum of US$50 administration fee per villa booked and all relevant bank charges
MINIMUM STAYS
We have minimum stay requirements of 3 nights (low season), 5 nights (high season) and 7 nights (peak season). Shorter stays can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
RENTAL RATES
The published rental rates are based on per villa per night and are subject to the relevant 21% government tax and service charges. They vary according to seasons (low, high and peak) and are subject to change without notice.
TRAVEL OR PERSONAL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full duration of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of luggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please be reminded that the owners, management, staff and suppliers of The Residence Seminyak, under PT Nirwana International, are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay with us. We do not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by circumstances outside our control such as late arrival of flights, civil disturbances, fire, flood, severe weather conditions, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
